Embrace your inner expert

Everyone has some thing that they are an expert at,
even if they don't even know it. We all have some thing
we are passionate about whether its an Hobby, your job,
your business, food, music, sports, spirituality, etc.
But did you know you can become and expert in something
you know nothing about right now. If you just read one
book a week on any subject of your choosing, before you
know it,within a year you would have read 52 books on
that subject and you too can become an expert.

Experts aren't born their skill or knowledge developed
over a period of time. But first you must see
yourself as expert or else it will never be possible to
become one. Oh! a Funny thing happens during the
learning process. You also want to teach others what
you've learned, it becomes a part of you, you passion
shines through and people start seeing you as the
expert.

And once you become the expert every body seeks you
out and want to learn what you know, then something
strange happens others will start to pay you just to
learn what you know, Yes! they'll also want to be
around just to say they know you, its strange but it
happens all the time.

Experts also never stop learning they read more and
implement more. So if your not constantly learning new
ways to improve your craft, you are not an expert.
Experts are always teaching and sharing their knowledge
with others becasue expert don't fear competition, they
want others to become experts too because thats their
legacy.

Expert realize that their is more than enough to go
around for everyone. Experts don't wait for others to
show them what to do they learn what they need to do
and more forward. Expert realized if they are not
growing their knowledge base their influence base
shrinks. And a shrinking influence is the worst thing
for an expert it means they are no longer an expert.

The expert is in you just waiting to come out, start
today read a book a week;... more if you can. Then find
an audience and share it with them.Thousands may be
millions of people are waiting to hear what you have to
say.
